Mrs White welcomes you to Class 8!
I look forward to adding information and pictures about the activities the children complete so check back regularly!
Forest school sessions begin on Wednesday 20th September and children will be split into two groups, to participate evey week. Your child will have been handed a named letter to remind you which group they are in, the week before their session.
Your child will need wellies in school for their session.
As soon as your child has read a book, they can bring it back to me, before register, to change.
An adult will hear your child read their chosen book 'at least' every fortnight.
Homework is handed out every Friday. It is set for all of Year 2, so may sometimes be more or less challenging for some children, depending on individual skills and abilities. Your child should not worry about this. It is OK if they cannot manage to complete it alone.
All homework should be returned by the following Wednesday at the latest please. I will always do my best to read and mark any homework handed in, ready to be returned on Friday, but unless it is handed in on time, I cannot guarantee this.
Thankyou for your support!
